FAQs
Crystal Cleanse Pressure Washing
Frequently Asked Questions
Will pressure washing damage my siding or roof?
No. We use a low‑pressure soft‑wash system and biodegradable detergents that lift mold, algae, and dirt without harming vinyl siding, shingles, or paint.
How long does a service take?
Most house washes in Central New Jersey run 1–3 hours. Larger or multi‑service projects (driveways, decks, commercial sites) may take longer. We give you a time estimate after the on‑site walk‑through.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Crystal Cleanse Pressure Washing carries full liability insurance and all state‑required licenses.
What areas do you serve?
Hamilton, Bordentown, Robbinsville, Allentown, Chesterfield, West Windsor, Princeton, and the rest of Central NJ. Not sure we cover your town? Call or fill out our online form and we’ll let you know.
Do you use eco‑friendly cleaners?
Absolutely. All detergents are biodegradable and plant‑safe, so your landscaping, pets, and local waterways stay protected.
How often should I wash my home?
Every 12–18 months for most homes. Shaded or high‑humidity spots may need cleaning a bit sooner to keep algae away.
What surfaces can you clean safely?
Vinyl, stucco, and brick siding
Concrete driveways and walkways
Wooden or composite decks and fences
Roof shingles and metal roofs
We adjust pressure and solutions for each material.
Power washing vs. pressure washing, what’s the difference?
Power washing uses heated water, great for grease and oil. Pressure washing uses ambient‑temperature water and covers most residential needs. We choose the method that fits your project.
How do you remove black streaks on roofs?
Those streaks are algae. Our soft‑wash blend kills the growth at the root, then rinses it away without lifting shingle granules.
How do you keep my property safe while you work?
Pre‑job inspection for loose siding, cracked mortar, or flaking paint
Masking outlets, doorbells, and cameras
Proper pressure settings for each surface
Plant‑safe chemicals and thorough rinsing
Can you wash in cold weather?
Yes, as long as temperatures stay above freezing. Prime cleaning season in NJ is February–October. We’ll reschedule if conditions aren’t safe or effective.
What if it rains on my appointment day?
Light rain is fine. For heavy rain or storms, we’ll contact you to pick a new date.
How should I prep before you arrive?
